Inspired by flavours that are understated and sometimes forgotten the Apple, Date and Damson Chutney is one you should try before you make your judgement. A popular chutney to pair with cheese it also makes a great accompaniment with pork, the fruity chutney balances flavours well and makes an interesting change to apple sauce.
