Traditionally made with whole Damsons, using their natural pectin in the stones to reduce the sugar content, all the fruit and all the flavour.
A traditional jam with a traditional flavour – we promise that your older family members with love this one (just watch for the stones)! We cook the damsons whole so that the flavour is rich, full and delicious. One of our original recipes, we have been making this jam for over 20 years and we think we have just about perfected it!
